I left my job at Retro a while back and started doing fulltime freelance. The experience has been fantastic so far, but I need to start factoring time for personal work as well! I had a bit of a break while waiting on feedback and figured I'd work on some tweaks to this guy :P I might make a thread on polycount next year with all my unfinished projects (that I want to finish) and start picking at them one at a time.
